In some countries less than half of the citizens pay tax - so if you are reading this you will be in the tax paying bracket. And that while countries like China and the east together contribute some 90% of the pollution, and the developed west, less than 10%. So, pay your taxes man - that will sure fix this hot-cold-wet-dry climate thing. The liberalists in the USA are hell bent on unseating Trump.
